Garlic Tomato Burrata Pasta

Direction
1. Cook the pasta
Boil salted water → cook pasta according to package directions.
Reserve ¼ cup pasta water before draining.
2. Cook tomatoes & garlic
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Add sliced garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes, gently smashing tomatoes so they release juices.
3. Combine pasta + tomatoes
Add cooked pasta into the skillet. Toss well.
Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce needs loosening.
4. Plate & finish
Place pasta on plates. Tear burrata open over the top.
Let the creamy center melt into the warm noodles.
5. Optional
Add basil, black pepper, or chili flakes.
Notes / Tips
Add protein: grilled chicken, salmon, or shrimp
Add veggies: spinach, roasted peppers, zucchini
Make spicy: add Calabrian chili
Best with crusty bread to wipe up sauce

2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
