Swedish Meatball Noodle Skillet

Direction
1. Brown meatballs
Melt butter in a skillet. Add meatballs and brown for 4 minutes.
2. Add noodles + broth
Add uncooked egg noodles and broth.
Stir so noodles are submerged.
Simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add cream + nutmeg
Stir in cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Simmer 2–3 minutes until thickened.
4. Serve
Serve hot with extra pepper.
Notes / Tips
Great sides: lingonberry jam, roasted carrots, green beans
Make lighter: use milk instead of cream
Add-ins: spinach, mushrooms, peas
Swap protein: chicken meatballs, turkey meatballs
