Tandoori Cauliflower Rice Bowl

Direction
1. Coat cauliflower
Mix yogurt, tandoori seasoning, and oil in a bowl.
Add cauliflower and toss well until coated.
2. Roast
Oven: bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
Air fryer: cook at 390°F for 12 minutes.
3. Make turmeric rice
Cook rice with a pinch of turmeric and salt for golden color and mild flavor.
4. Assemble bowl
Add rice → top with roasted cauliflower → drizzle yogurt or lemon.
Notes / Tips
Add chickpeas or paneer cubes
Add mint chutney or raita
Substitute cauliflower with broccoli or tofu
Add crunch: cashews or sliced almonds
