Korean Spicy Tuna Mayo Rice Melt

Direction
1. Mix tuna topping
Combine tuna, mayo, and gochujang in a bowl.
2. Assemble bowl
Add warm rice to a small oven-safe bowl.
Spread tuna mixture on top.
3. Add cheese
Sprinkle cheese evenly over tuna.
4. Broil
Place under broiler 2–3 minutes until cheese is bubbling and slightly golden.
5. Finish
Sprinkle green onions or sesame on top.
Notes / Tips
Add crunch: nori strips or crispy onions
Add veggies: cucumbers, avocado, cabbage
Make milder: reduce gochujang
Make meal-prep friendly: mix tuna topping ahead of time
