Lemon Pepper Turkey Smash Patties

Direction
1. Form turkey balls
Divide the turkey into 4 small balls.
2. Smash patties
Heat oil in a skillet.
Place turkey balls down and smash flat with spatula.
3. Season
Sprinkle lemon pepper and garlic powder.
4. Cook
Cook 2–3 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve
Garnish with lemon juice if desired.
