Maple Mustard Brussels & Sausage

Direction
1. Prep vegetables
Halve Brussels. Slice sausage into coins.
2. Cook
Option 1 — Skillet:
Heat oil. Add Brussels and sausage. Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Option 2 — Air fryer:
Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.
3. Glaze
Mix maple syrup + mustard.
Pour over cooked Brussels & sausage. Toss well.
4. Serve
Season with salt & pepper.
Notes / Tips
Pairs well with rice, mashed potatoes, or quinoa
Add nuts: toasted pecans or almonds
Add heat: chili flakes
Add acid: tiny splash of apple cider vinegar
