Sicilian Lemon Garlic Swordfish Bites

Direction
1. Season fish
Pat swordfish dry.
Season with salt and pepper.
2. Sear
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high.
Add swordfish cubes in a single layer.
Cook 3–4 minutes until lightly browned. Flip once
3. Add garlic + lemon
Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds (avoid burning).
Add lemon juice and capers. Stir.
4. Finish
Cook 1–2 more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Serve
Top with parsley.

Perfect with:

✔ couscous
✔ garlic bread
Veggies: asparagus, green beans, or roasted tomatoes
Substitute fish: mahi-mahi, halibut, tilapia
